It’s been close to 3 years since we saw David Bowie leave this existence and move on to the next. Where we may ask well most of us in this reality with never know, but whats interesting is how much David still lives with us in this reality, from songs to video interviews his presence is still very strong amongst us, there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t see his face or hear his music. David this post is in celebration of you and your forever living inspiration in all of us.
“She’s A Rainbow” by The Rolling Stones Composers: Mick Jagger, Keith Richards This video is a great inspiration. I enjoy watching it in the mornings, the colors alone make it a joy to watch. Plus its such a classic song by the Rolling Stones.
A film I am excited to see, but as always I listen to the soundtrack before. If this movie is anywhere as good as the soundtrack then were in for a treat. MOGWAI PRODUCED and full of dramatic soundscapes this album is for sure destined to inspire you! I listen to it as I paint and draw but really it would be great anywhere you decide to listen to it.

A beautiful human making beautiful music, Geoffrey inspires me with his creations please click the link below to check out more of his amazing work the best way to describe his sounds is by saying he creates it with a sketchpad for the world of modular synthesizers; integration of a 3U monome-focused system with an iPad. Man's Search for Meaning is a 1946 book by Viktor Frankl chronicling his experiences as an Auschwitz concentration camp inmate during World War II, and describing his psychotherapeutic method, which involved identifying a purpose in life to feel positively about, and then immersively imagining that outcome.
A work of creative brilliance may seem like magic—its source a mystery, its impact unexpectedly stirring. Working in a wide range of media, Marina Abramović is best known for her provocative performance works, employing her own body as both subject and medium. In an early performance entitled Rhythm 10, Abramović repeatedly stabbed the spaces between her fingers with a series of knives, effectively testing the relationship between the mental and physical, and reinterpreting the concept of rhythm. Between 1976 and 1988, Abramović collaborated with German photographer and performance artist Ulay to create performance works that explore such binaries as male and female, active and passive, through the execution of repetitive, exhausting, and often painful actions. Abramović has continued to work independently since then, staging performative works that increasingly demand viewer involvement, such as her MoMA retrospective, “The Artist Is Present,” in which museum visitors could sit down across from Abramović at a table and engage in a silent exchange with the artist.
Abstract tones using a KORG, one of five videos using an abstract approach to making the sounds. All content was improved and thought up on the spot. In the next few weeks I will be posting the others.
The Incal has been a big inspiration to me, and to find it or its back story is something you have to be looking for. The graphic novel has not ever really been in the main streammarket when it comes to popular comics. Its wasn't intill recent years that this book made its way to the state and was translated into english. Jodorowsky and Mœbius changed my perspective on graphic novels after reading this book, but I think what really changed after reading this was my understanding on the collective consciousness. If you havent got your hands on this yet please do. On October 25th 2017 the Deconstructing The Incal is released and a much deeper look at the making of this magical story is released.
